I will not draw NSFW, explicit, or suggestive content; Luciferian imagery; gore; horror; or muscular characters.

Pay up front for orders below $50.

Any commission above 50$ must be paid half up front and half before the final product.

Payment is in USD via Paypal, Cash app, or Ko-fi.

The Customer will receive at least one work-in-progress image.

The Customer has the right to three revisions (large edits).

The Customer has the right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion (for example: eye color).

Refunds are allowed if there has been no progress in two months.

The Artist can cancel and refund any order at any time.

The Artist reserves the right to post the commissions in their galleries, on social media, and as examples.

The commissions cannot be used for commercial purposes unless mutually agreed upon.

Each commission can be upgraded during any stage of the art process; this includes commissions that have already been finished (for example: a lineart or flat portrait can be upgraded to a painted portrait with the difference in cost as the fee). A lineart chibi cannot be upgraded to a lineart portrait.

Any and all questions are encouraged.

The Artist may ask for payment after the initial sketch instead of up front.

The Customer agrees to pay the full amount of the commission upfront if the commission is under 50$.

On orders above $50, the Customer must pay half in advance and half after they receive a low quality watermarked version of the finished product. After payment in full, the customer will receive an unwatermarked high quality version of the final Product.

Any other payment schedule must be mutually agreed upon in advance.

The Customer has the right to three revisions (large edits) during the sketching phase.

The Customer has the right to a reasonable amount of minor edits. Any major changes must be paid for at a mutually agreed price.

For digital renderings, it is not possible to make large changes after the rendering process has started.

The turnaround for sketches or lineart typically varies from a couple days to a week depending on the complexity and time required.

During the commission process, the Artist will frequently update the Customer on when they will get the next update.

Work-in-progress images or general updates can be requested at any time.

If the Customer takes a long time to reply to the Artist, it is not the fault of the Artist if the product takes longer than promised.

Customers in queue can contact the Artist if they wish to know how long it will take to get to the Customer's commission.

The Customer agrees that the finished work will be delivered digitally to their given e-mail address or social media account. No physical version of the Product will be shipped.

Upon delivery of the Product, it is the Customer's responsibility to store it properly. The Artist cannot guarantee that the original file will be available.

The Product may be resized and colored, but the Seller's signature must never be removed.

The Artist should always be credited to their social media in a visible way.

Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal use has to be approved beforehand by the Artist.

Products may not be minted, tokenized, or sold as NFTs under any circumstance.

The Customer has the right to request a full or partial refund if there has been no progress for two consecutive months.

If a full refund is issued for a character design, the Artist retains the rights to said design (with alterations if needed).

If the Customer does not answer the Artist within a month, the commission will be cancelled and the Customer will receive a partial refund depending on the amount of work completed. There may be cases where the Customer does not receive any refund.

The Artist may refuse or cancel any order, under condition of a full refund.

Any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Customer will receive full or partial refund depending on the amount of work completed. The Artist has full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future and any who attempt to order on said Customer's behalf.
